Shipment Process
At Mobiefix, we offer free shipping on all orders above €150. If you need your items delivered faster, additional shipping costs may apply. During checkout, you can easily select your preferred shipping method. For orders exceeding €150, we automatically provide free Track & Trace delivery service. All shipments are handled by our trusted carrier partners: PostNL, GLS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

Orders placed before the cutoff time on business days will be collected by the carrier on the same day.
Shipping Carriers
PostNL
PostNL delivers packages to your specified address. If you’re not home during the initial delivery attempt, they’ll try delivering to your neighbors or schedule a second delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, a notification card will be left in your mailbox with instructions for package pickup at a local PostNL location. You have 21 days to collect your package before it’s returned to our warehouse.
GLS, FedEx, DHL & UPS
These carriers follow similar delivery procedures. When delivery cannot be completed, they will attempt delivery the following day or leave your parcel at a designated pickup point. You’ll receive notification with pickup location details and have three weeks to collect your package.
Important Notice
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery address cannot be modified. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
