Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please follow the guidelines below.
For Unwanted or Incorrectly Delivered Items:
- Item must be in pristine, unused condition
- No signs of handling or testing beyond inspection
- Product must be purchased from Mobiefix.com
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
For Defective or Damaged Products:
- Item must have been inspected prior to installation
- No additional damage beyond the reported defect
- Product must have been purchased from Mobiefix.com
- Item should be returned in original packaging when possible

- Customers in Belgium and Netherlands can expect return processing within 7-10 business days

How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your Mobiefix account to start the return process

- Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions
- All returns must be shipped within 14 days of return approval
Packaging Instructions
- Place the item in its original packaging
- Use a sturdy outer box for shipping protection
- Add appropriate cushioning material to prevent damage in transit
- Important: Include a note with your order number in the package or write it on the outer box
Shipping Your Return
- Take the packaged return to your preferred shipping provider
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise specified
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be reimbursed
- Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return until the process is complete
