• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged

For Defective or Damaged Products:

• No additional damage beyond the reported defect

• Item should be returned in original packaging when possible

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log into your Mobiefix account to start the return process
2. Don’t have an account? Create one or contact our support team at [email protected]
3. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions
4. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of return approval

Packaging Instructions

1. Place the item in its original packaging
2. Use a sturdy outer box for shipping protection
3. Add appropriate cushioning material to prevent damage in transit
4. Important: Include a note with your order number in the package or write it on the outer box

Shipping Your Return

1. Take the packaged return to your preferred shipping provider
2. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise specified
3. If you received a defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be reimbursed
