Its lamination and bubble removal chamber accommodates devices with flat or curved screens up to 7 inches, completing bonding and bubble removal in a single step for enhanced efficiency and precision.

Important Notes for Using the REFOX FM40 Edge Screen Laminator
- Curved screen lamination does not support Huawei Mate 30 Pro or Mate 40 Pro.
- This device supports lamination and bubble removal for flat and curved phone screens only.
- Upon receiving the machine, run a test operation without materials to confirm functionality.
- Before lamination, ensure the screen surface is clean and free of oil, dust, and moisture.
- Adjust lamination pressure carefully—excessive or insufficient pressure can cause poor results or screen damage.
- During bubble removal, check that the chamber door is securely locked to ensure safety.
- Avoid setting the bubble removal temperature too high to prevent re-bubbling.
- Clean and maintain the machine regularly to prevent dust buildup and ensure consistent performance.
