This technique allows you to prepare your favourite dishes quickly, cooking them with just a spoonful of oil and the food’s own juices. This way you get that crispy, delicious texture and lighter, healthier results. In addition, the high power of 1500W ensures a rapid temperature rise and a more even heat distribution, thus shortening the cooking time compared to other similar devices.
From 40°C to 200°C: frying, defrosting and fermenting
But the Mi Smart Air Fryer is much more than just an air fryer… With an adjustable temperature between 40ºC and 200ºC and 2 fan speed settings, you can defrost, dry and ferment, fry, bake, roast and even toast, making it ideal for preparing meat, fish and even cakes. It also has a maximum cooking time of up to 24 hours, extending the cooking possibilities even further. For example, for 80 hours at 40ºC you can ferment yoghurt and in 5 hours at 60ºC you can dry fruit.
